Amplegest decides to contribute 1% of its revenues via employee donations and financial sponsorship.
Amplegest contributes 1% of employee work time in the form of solidarity projects 1% of annual work time in skills sponsorship
The top action taken by Amplegest employees reflects their philanthropic commitment: INDIVIDUAL FINANCIAL DONATIONS. Employees have the possibility to donate to the associations of their choice. The company aids several associations by means of more significant donations over the long-term.

Amplegest contributes 1% of employee work time in the form of solidarity projects
The second most popular action taken by Amplegest employees to extend their philanthropic commitment: DONATING TIME AS A TEAM. All employees participate in solidarity projects in the framework of a programme defined and implemented on the KOEO platform. Each employee chooses a mission and association on the dedicated platform. Employees participate alone or in teams in various missions of their choosing.

1% of annual worktime for skills sponsorship
The third most popular action taken by Amplegest employees to extend their philanthropic commitment: PROVIDING SPECIFIC SKILLS, BOTH ALONE AND IN GROUPS. The most common actions taken are for academic support and tutoring.
Impact measures
In 2011, Amplegest implemented its donations policy. Whether individual or institutional, the gifts form an integral part of Amplegest’s operational strategy and are included in each annual budget. In 2024, Amplegest contributed a total of more than 1% of revenues to 55 associations.

Focus on microcredits impact of operations
Amplegest earmarks part of its support to microcredit ‘banks’, which receive a fund intended to kickstart commercial activities through loans to women who wish to launch an activity in the private sector.
With the help of one of its clients, Amplegest founded 3 microcredit banks (€25,000 per bank) in the Dakar (Senegal) region, with help in situ by the Congrégation des Sœurs de l’Immaculée Conception de Castres
